Information collected from clients (including name, postal address, email address and details relating to your project) is used to enable us to provide our editing services (to fulfil your order, to collect payment from you and to record your agreement to our terms and conditions) and for HMRC compliance purposes.

  4. Holtby Editorial does not sell or share information about its clients to any third parties; we would only pass on your data to a third party if required to do so by law.

  5. All personally identifiable data related to your visit(s) to this website and any financial transactions are stored securely in compliance with GDPR.

  6. We may request the use of elements of your data (name and/or organisation) to publish your testimonial on this website, for marketing purposes, but would only do so with your permission.
